FOR A QUICK FIX BREAKFAST WITH A BOOST OF ENERGY FOR A BETTER ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE!

1/2 TEACUP GREEK YOGURT
1/4 TEACUP ALMOND MILK OR RICE MILK
4 TEASPOONS COCONUT SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS GOJI BERRY
1 BANANA

DIRECTIONS :
1- MIX ALL THE INGRIDENTS IN A SMALL JAM JAR OR SMALL BOWL
2- REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT AND SHAKE OR STIR THE MIXTURE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE INGREDIENTS ARE COMPLETELY MIXED 3- ADD FRUITS, GRAINS OR NUTS TO TASTE.
