INGREDIENTS:
4 EGG WHITES
1 CUP RICE FLOUR
1/2 CUP PUMPKIN PUREE ( NO SODIUM)
1/2 CUP ALMOND MILK
2 SCOOPS WHEY PROTEIN VANILLA
2 TABLESPOONS HONEY OR MAPLE SYRUP
1 TEASPOON BICARBONATE POWDER
1 TABLESPOON PECANS
1 TABLESPOON COCONUT SHREDS
DIRECTIONS:
1- IN A MEDIUM BOWL MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER;
2- PRE HEAT SMALL SIZE SKILLET, GREESE WITH COOKING SPRAY BEFORE ADDING 1 LADEL OF THE MIXTURE INTO THE HOT SKILLET AT A TIME;
3- FLIP PANCAKE WHEN GOLDEN BROWN;
4- ADD HONEY OR MAPLE SYRUP, CRUSHED PECANS AND COCONUT SHREDS;
5- SERVE HOT.
