INGREDIENTS:

10 PRUNES WITHOUT PITS 1 TEACUP WALNUTS 1 TABLESPOON FLAXSEEDS 2 TABLESPOONS OAT MEAL 2 TABLESPOONS DATE SYRUP, MOLASES OR HONEY* ( NOTE NOT VEGAN) 2 TABLESPOONS GOJI BERRIES 2 TABLESPOONS UNSWEETED COCONUT SHREDS INSTRUCTIONS:

1-IN A FOOD PROCESSOR GRIND WALNUTS, FLAXSEEDS UNTIL PIECES ARE VERY FINE, BUT NOT FLOUR LIKE; 2-ADD DRIED PRUNES, OAT MEAL AND DATE SYRUP. PULSE IT UNTIL DOUGH FORMS INTO A LARGE BALL; 3- SHAPE DOUNGH INTO 15 SMALL EQUAL SIZE BALLS; 4-PLACE SHREDDED COCONUT INTO A SHALLOW BOWL, DO THE SAME WITH GOJI BERRIES. ROLL SOME OF THE DOUGH BALLS INTO THE COCONUT SHREDS AND SOME IN GOJI ; 5-STORE IN A SEALED CONTAINER, IN THE FRIDGE.
