EASY TO MAKE VEGAN CINNAMON ROLLS.

INGREDIENTS:

1 PACKET DRIED YEAST 1 CUP UNSWEETED PLAIN OAT MILK 1/2 CUP COCONUT OIL 1/4 TEASPOON PINK SALT 3 CUP WHEAT FLOUR 2 TABLESPOONS GROUND CINNAMON 1/2 CUP DEMERARA BROWN SUGAR

DIRECTIONS: 1- IN A LARGE BOWL HEAT THE OAT MILK AND 3 TABLESPOONS OF COCONUT OIL UNTIL WARM BUT NOT BOILING. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET IT COOL TEMPERATURE OF BATH WATER. IT SHOULD BE WARM BUT NOT HOT SO IT DOES NOT KILL THE YEAST; 2- TRANSFER MIXTURE TO A LARGE MIXING BOWL ADD THE YEAST, THEN 1 TABLESPOON OF SUGAR AND SALT. STIR; 3- ADD FLOUR AT A TIME, STIRRING. THE DOUGH WILL BE STICKY. POUR DOUGH INTO A WELL FLOURED SURFACE AND KNEAD UNTILL IT BECOMES A LOOSE BALL. THEN COAT AN OTHER BOWL WITH SOME OIL, SO DOUGH DOESNT STICK, LET IT RISE FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR. 4- LIGHTLY FLOUR SURFACE. OPEN DOUGH INTO A THIN RECTANGULAR SHAPE. BRUSH THE DOUGH WITH MELTED COCONUT OIL, THE REST OF SUGAR AND CINNAMON, THEN TIGHTLY ROLL UP THE DOUGH, CUT THE DOUGH INTO EQUAL PORTIONS SIZES AND POSITION IT IN A WELL OILED ROUND PAN OR BAKING GLASS TRAY. 5- PREHEAT OVEN 180 C FOR AT LEAST 20 MIN, BAKE THE ROLLS IN LOW TO MEDIUM HEAT FOR 30 MIN, UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. SERVE HOT.
