INGREDIENTS:

300 G CRAB MEAT 1 SMALL MANGO 1 SMALL AVOCADO 1 SMALL RED ONION 1 TABLESPOON LIGHT SOUR CREAM OR LIGHT COCONUT CREAM 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED PARSLEY 1 TABLESPOON APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 1 TABLESPOON BLACK SESAME SEEDS 1 PINCH SALT 1 PINCH PEPPER DIRECTIONS: 1- IN A LARGE BOWL SHRED CRAB MEAT; 2- CUT MANGOS AND AVOCADOS INTO SMALL CUBES ; 3- CUT ONIONS INTO FINE CIRCLES , BLANCH IN HOT WATER AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR FOR A FEW MINUTES, DRAIN AND RESERVE; 4- GENTLY MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER; 5- SERVE COLD.
