5 LARGE MEDJOOL DATES WITHOUT PITS
5 PRUNES WITHOUT PITS 1/2 CUP HONEY OR MOLASSES
1/4 CUP COCONUT OIL
1 CUP WALNUTS OR PECANS
1/2 CUP COCONUT FLOUR
TOPPINGS:
- BEE POLÉN
- CACAO NIBS
- GROUND PEANUTS
- BLACK SESAME
INSTRUCTIONS:
1-IN A FOOD PROCESSOR GRIND WALNUTS, PRUNES, DATES , COCONUT OIL AND SYRUP. PULSE UNTIL DOUGH FORMS INTO A LARGE BALL;
2 -ADD THE COCONUT FLOUR PULSE UNTIL IS WELL INCORPORATED TO THE DOUGH; 3- SHAPE DOUGH INTO 15 SMALL EQUAL SIZE BALLS; 4-PLACE TOPPINGS INTO SHALLOW BOWLS, AND ROLL DOUGH INTO TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE; 5-STORE IN A SEALED CONTAINER, IN THE FRIDGE.
