1 1/2 CUP RAW PEANUTS 1 TABLESPOON COCONUT SUGAR 1 TABLESPOON RAW STEVIA 1/4 CUP OATMEAL

2 SCOOPS RICE PROTEIN POWDER (CHOCOLATE OR VANILLA) 1 PINCH PINK HIMALAYAN SALT

150 G MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE (85%) INSTRUCTIONS:

1- IN MEDIUM OVEN HEAT TOAST PEANUTS FOR 10 TO 15 MIN; 2- LET TOASTED PEANUTS COOL AND TAKE SKINS OFF, BY RUBBING HANDS TOGETHER IT WILL BE EASIR TO TAKE THEM OFF; 3- IN A FOOD PROCESSOR ADD TOASTED SKINLESS PEANUTS, COCONUT SUGAR, STEVIA, OATMEAL, RICE PROTEIN AND SALT UNTIL VERY FINELY GROUND; 4- MOLD THE GROUND PEANUTS IN A CONTAINER OF YOUR CHOICE THEN TAP GENTLY TO UNFOLD, THEN GENTLY POUR MELTED DARK CHOCOLATE ON TOP; 5- STORE IN SEALED CONTAINER.
