INGREDIENTS:

1 CUP OF CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER

1/2 CUP STEVIA RAW

1 EGG

1 TEASPOON CINNAMON

1 TEASPOON SODIUM BICARBONATE

DIRECTIONS:

1- PRE HEAT OVEN 180C, LINE BAKING TRAY WITH PARCHMENT PAPER;

2- IN A MEDIUM BOWL MIX ALL INGREDIENTS;

3- ROLE THE DOUGH INTO SMALL SIZE BALLS;

4- LINE BALLS ON BAKING TRAY, WITH BACK OF A FORK PRESS DOWN INTO COOKIE DOUGH;

5- BAKE MEDIUM OVEN 200-220 C 10-15 MIN;

6 - COOL DOWN, SERVE.
